"Valley Dream Farm is a certified organic farm, situated at the base of Mt. Mansfield, growing fresh organically certified produce including everything from potatoes to squash, kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, hemp, and much more. They offer annual and perennial flowers, grown in the greenhouse each spring, and have recently begun raspberry production. July through October, VDF also offers Farm to Table dinners. The evening begins with a farm tour on a hay wagon throughout the property’s fields and ecosystems before providing a seven-course, locally sourced meal.

Snaps and Sunflowers is a cut flower garden and flower studio established on VDF in 2021, providing fresh, organically grown and seasonal flowers. Their offerings include you-pick and CSA flowers, arrangements for weddings and events, and on-site events held in the gardens and greenhouse. This year, Snaps and Sunflowers is opening their Sunflower House, a multi-room structure created entirely of unique sunflower varieties and seasonal flowers."

Ticket sales will go toward plans for a new energy efficient greenhouse complete with solar panels and an efficient watering system. This will replace a current one used for 90 percent of vegetable and flower starts, as well as hosting farm tours and farm-to-table dinners. With the new greenhouse, they are planning to be able to extend their open season to start and grow flowers year round and expand the greenhouse events to include more weddings, tea parties, and more!

Any additional funds will go to an off-grid flower pavilion for flower drying and storage and to converting a horse barn into a flower shop. Funds for these projects will be allocated to materials and electrical updates and maintenance.
This season we are offering multiple ticket price options in line with our values of affordability and art for all. You choose which ticket price works best for you.
Adults: $35/$20
